NOTE I'm an out-of-network provider offering superbills. Pain without meaning is chaos. I'd like to know: where does it hurt and what does that hurt need to say? Does something need to be different? Do you feel stuck in a painful past and constantly in sadness, anger, confusion, heartbreak, anxiety, or grief? Is it all too much and you just need to talk to start? We may not figure out every 'why'; it's about not being alone with that pain and changing your relationship with it. My hope is you emerge empowered, connected, brave, and clear about who you are and what you need. How can I help while we're on this weird, little wet rock? I value education & neuroscience-backed methods to inform an existential & mindfulness-based approach for depression, anxiety, childhood or relationship trauma, suicide, fears of death, grief & loss. My training includes multiple phases of Brainspotting. Ultimately, authenticity & our relationship is key, with a little humor and some swear words to boot. I'd like to be a curious, warm and calm witness for you; even short-term work can sometimes be beneficial. If you're on the fence about therapy, fantastic. Ambivalence is a great thing!
